FM Works Apps 4.0 app for iPhone and iPad

FM Works Apps 4 extends Archibus Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) data to mobile devices. Now, it’s easier than ever for mobile workers in the field to access, update, and complete work on the fly. There are four modules and new ones can be easily added because the app is highly configurable.

Work Order Express

Field technicians can see all of their work tickets, add resources such as parts and time, and mark them complete. Once complete, FM Works Apps sends the completed ticket back to the enterprise IWMS system via the cloud for real time reporting and notifications.

Employee Field Audit

Facility Managers can easily walk through their spaces and verify through audit where all employees are sitting. That information will be synced back to Archibus within minutes.

Condition Assessments

Building Managers can easily track the condition of their buildings by doing regular assessments with this easy to use tool. Managers can track Projects and all associated Action Items from their mobile device. This information is then synced directly with Archibus so double data entry is eliminated.

Surveys

Equipment Surveys, Furniture Audits, and Tagged Furniture Audits can be completed on the fly with this simple to use module. Update the location, status, or department for any assets and be on your way. All updates are automatically synced with Archibus when a connection is available.

Your Custom Module

Because of the ease of configuration of this App any data in Archibus that you need to be able to view and update on a mobile device can be quickly turned into your custom module with no customization fees. You won’t be able to find another mobile App for Archibus that does that!
